Converting PowerPoint Presentations to Word Documents

Transferring a PowerPoint presentation into Word requires only a few simple steps.

Click on File. Be sure to click the little arrows that look like sergeant's stripes at the bottom of the list. You need the extended list.

Click on Send to. You see a choice of destinations.

Choose Microsoft Word. You then see a choice of formatting options.

Choose the option that best suits your needs. Remember you can cut and paste the slides as well as move them around and delete some of the blank space once you are in Word.

Warning: Word documents created from PowerPoint presentations tend to be very LARGE.
