Printing Multiple Power Point Slides on a Single Page

One can conserve paper while printing PowerPoint slides, by printing several of them on one page.

Start by clicking on File. Then click on Print. You should see this box:

In the lower left corner is a drop down menu. Choose handouts rather than slides.

The menu in the lower right corner activates.

You can choose, 3, 4, 6, or 9 slides and a horizontal or vertical lay out. When you are satisfied with your choices, click on OK to print.
